8 barsThe first couple cast to third place while the third couple set and move up; the third couple cast to third place while the first couple set and move up
8 barsThe first couple cross and cast into second place, then cross and cast below the third couple
8 barsThe first couple cross and cast up into second place, then half figure through the top couple and return to second place
8 barsThe first couple travel to their right corner and set, then travel to their left corner and set, then return
8 barsDouble Triangle: The first lady goes around the second man (right), then around the third man (left); meanwhile, the first man goes around the third lady (right) and around the second lady (left)
8 barsAll six join hands and circle left once around, and back again
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
