8 bars	The first lady turns the second man, then the first man turns the second lady
8 bars	The first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up; the first couple allemande turns (back to back)
8 bars	All six join hands and circle once around
8 bars	The first couple lead through the bottom and top couples
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
