8 bars	The top two couples set to their neighbour, the ladies join hands and change sides with the men; then set to their neighbour and return
8 bars	The first couple swing with right hands around the second couple, then with left as the second couple move up
8 bars	The first couple move into lines across (man down, lady up) and all six set; then move back home and all six set
8 bars	The first couple lead through the bottom and top couples
8 bars	The first couple swing partner, then first corner, then partner and then second corner
8 bars	All six join hands and circle left once around
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
