8 bars	The first couple one and a half Pousettes with the second couple
8 bars	The bottom four join hands and circle once around; then the top two couples pousette once around
8 bars	Double Triangle: The first lady goes around the second man (right), then around the third man (left); meanwhile, the first man goes around the third lady (right) and around the second lady (left)
8 bars	All six join hands and circle left once around
