8 bars	The three ladies take hands and lead around the three men, the men move forward and back
8 bars	The three men take hands and lead around the ladies
8 bars	The first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up; the first two couples pousette once around
8 bars	Lead Outsides: The first couple join hands, and gallop out at the mans side and set; then gallop to the ladys side, return and turn in the middle back to progressed places
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
