8 bars	The first lady swap places with the second man; then the first man with the second lady; then repeat home
8 bars	First couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up.
8 bars	The first and third couples join hands and circle left and back again
8 bars	All three couples promenade around the set
8 bars	The first lady move up between the top couple, the first man down between the bottom couple; set twice in lines of 3; the first couple return to progressed place
8 bars	All six join hands and circle once around
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
